Emerging from The New Jewish Home’s successful Geriatrics Career Development Program, our organization has extensive experience in preparing New York City youth for rewarding healthcare careers through our comprehensive High School and Young Adult Programs.

To address these obstacles, we provide comprehensive wrap-around services to mitigate common issues, such as housing or food insecurity. Our support doesn’t end once participants secure employment. TNJH founded SkillSpring (f/k/a The Geriatrics Career Development Program) 16 years ago to address its own recruiting and staffing challenges in direct patient care.
